The model of competence-based management
In the project a management concept will be developed based on the theory pillars of a resource based view of the firm focussing particularly on the development of dynamic capabilities under a systemic view. “Competence-based management” targets the development of resources for growth and innovation to ensure an extended utilization and development of employee potentials as well as organizational learning capabilities to support growth processes.
